Refund & Cancellation Policy

At AstroFrontiva, we strive to provide high-quality spiritual and astrology services.

Digital Services

Most of our services are digitally delivered and begin processing immediately after payment.

These include:

  • Horoscope Reports
  • Kundli Analysis
  • Numerology Reports
  • Personalized Predictions
  • Astrology Consultations
  • Gemstone Recommendations

Once preparation or consultation has commenced, the order cannot be cancelled.

Eligible Refunds

Refunds may be approved only if:

  • Duplicate payment has been made;
  • The requested service cannot be delivered due to technical reasons;
  • The wrong amount has been charged due to a system error.

Consultation Appointments

Appointments may be rescheduled by contacting us at least 24 hours before the scheduled consultation time.

Missed appointments or no-shows are generally non-refundable.

Physical Spiritual Products

If physical products such as gemstones, rudraksha beads, yantras, or spiritual accessories are purchased, returns are accepted only for items received in a damaged or defective condition.

Requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery with supporting photographs.

Customized, energized, or previously used spiritual products are non-returnable.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Bank processing times may vary.
